Private Pool Parties are after pool operating hours.
All website reservations, forms and payments must be received at least (2) weeks prior to the requested party date. If received after this date, there will be a late fee incurred in the amount of $25.00 dollars.
The reservation system will allow you to reserve dates up to (2) weeks in advance. If you would like to request a date outside of the (2) week window of your desired party date, please email us at poolparties@aquatico-pools.com or call us at 281-578-7665. If the request is less than (1) week notice, the reservation request will not be accepted.
Please download the two forms on the right side under the Pool Party Forms Menu. Once you have received the approval by email then fill out and fax the forms to 281-578-7662 or mail the forms along with the payment to 20501 Katy Freeway Ste. #215 Katy, TX 77450.
After you submit your reservation request you will be given a cancellation code which you can use to cancel your party at least (1) week prior to the party start date for a full refund.
